Shipping policy

Please allow 3-8 Business days to process your order if you purchase a publication. Shipping time is typically 2-3 business days but can take up to 10-12 days due to all publications are printed once you make a purchase. Please be aware that internal shipping make take longer.

 

Naturally Sams LLC is not responsible for customs and duties (international customers). Please be aware of this before you make a purchase.

 

Naturally Sams LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, so please make sure you provide the correct mailing address upon checkout. Please contact us at info@naturallysams.org ASAP if you have provided the wrong address, so that we can update it before your package is shipped. If you do not contact us in a timely manner. See our refund policy for information on refunds.

 

If you have not received your order, but it is marked as “delivered” via USPS or other shipping services used you must create a claim with USPS or the shipping carrier. Naturally Sams LLC is not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of mail/shipping service.
