Refund policy

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return if and only if the item received was incorrect or there was a misprint within the publication. Those outside of the United States will received a 30 day return policy according to your applicable laws but only for incorrect items shipped or items received that have misprints or are defective. Pictures will be required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see below for our policies on returns and where you can appropriately place claims for items damaged during shipping once the carrier received the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please review section on All sales are final below. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or any of our items as detailed in the All sales are Final section below.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at naturallysams1@gmail.com.

All sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the only exception of receiving an incorrect item. Orders that are damaged during the shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS or the shipping carrier used. If your item is incorrect, please email info@naturallysams.org within 48 hours of delivery, with your full name, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue ASAP, please be sure to show pictures or the shipping package the item arrived in and receipt as proof you purchased your item on a specific date and through our website.

For publications you will receive a refund if you have received an incorrect item or there is an issue with how your item was printed. However you will have only 3 days once the item has been delivered to file a claim for a refund. You will have to submit pictures for proof of a misprint with your item ordered and the box and order receipt so that we can ensure you are showing proof of a recently purchase item, through our site naturallysams.org
